Dr. Marshall Fleer
Orthodontist, DDS
Dr. Marshall Fleer truly loves being an orthodontist—and after 38 years of transforming smiles in Central New Jersey, that passion hasn’t faded one bit.
A double-graduate of Columbia University’s School of Dental and Oral Surgery, Dr. Fleer earned his DDS in 1984, completed a General Practice Residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, and returned to Columbia to complete his specialty Certificate in Orthodontics in 1988. Dedication to his craft led him to achieve Board Certification as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics in 1998. Beyond his private practice, he gives back to the profession by lecturing in Columbia’s Department of Orthodontics and serving as a certified AHA instructor, teaching CPR to local dental teams.
Recognized repeatedly as one of New Jersey’s Best Dentists, Dr. Fleer blends decades of clinical mastery with a genuinely personal touch.
At home, Dr. Fleer and his wife, Randi, share their life with a houseful of Standard Poodles and their son, Ryan. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him out in the yard—he’s an obsessive gardener complete with his own fish ponds.
